This role is similar to an SDR but with a stronger focus on business development, relationship building, and identifying hiring needs across organizations. You will be responsible for prospecting decision-makers, starting conversations, and positioning the company as a strategic solution for building remote teams. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where success is measured by your ability to create qualified opportunities and consistently feed the sales pipeline.



Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and target companies actively hiring or likely to need staffing support Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Build and manage prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms Research prospects to personalize outreach and improve engagement Opportunity Creation Engage decision-makers (founders, executives, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs Qualify prospects based on budget, urgency, and staffing requirements Schedule discovery calls and pass qualified opportunities to the closing team Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture prospects over time Pipeline & CRM Management Track all outreach, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM Maintain accurate and organized pipeline data Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and booked meetings Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies Provide feedback on mark
