Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Chief Business Development Officer
We are seeking an accomplished C-Level Commercial Executive to join the executive leadership team and take ownership of the company's commercial growth strategy.
This role is designed for a senior executive with a proven track record in revenue growth, business development, market expansion, strategic accounts, high-level negotiations, and commercial team leadership .
The CCO will work directly with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company's commercial strategy, identify new sources of revenue, expand into new markets, and build a high-performing commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the company's overall commercial, revenue, and business development strategy . - Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to corporate strategy and long-term growth. - Drive sustainable revenue growth across new markets, existing accounts, strategic partnerships, and new business channels .



- Identify and develop high-value commercial opportunities aligned with the company's strategic priorities. - Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, business owners, C-Level executives, strategic clients, and key decision-makers . - Lead complex, high-value negotiations and strategic commercial agreements. - Develop and execute market-entry and expansion strategies. - Build, lead, and develop a high-performance commercial organization. - Recruit and develop senior commercial talent. - Establish revenue targets, KPIs, pipeline management standards, forecasting processes, and commercial performance metrics. - Ensure strong alignment between Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership. - Strengthen key account strategy, client retention, cross-selling, and long-term commercial relationships. - Evaluate new markets, partnerships, channels, and business models. - Maintain executive-level accountability for revenue growt
