Basic Position Function
Responsible for rewriting technical documentation to aggregate technical data to a consistent location within all documents.



Working within legacy ERP and document management systems to ensure data is clearly described and written at a level for operators to comprehend.

Critical Success Factors
- Previous experience as a mid-level member of a technical team supporting the development of technical documentation.
- Proven ability to work within Epicor and other ERP systems.
- Proven ability to develop manufacturing process documents that comply with regulatory requirements.
- Typically 2 to 4 years’ experience in writing Aerospace or Industrial gas turbine engine engineering documentation.

Typical Education
Technology degree or equivalent

Essential Duties/Tasks
- Assemble master list of operations
- Create approved data to work scope matrix
- Create part numbers to work scope matrix
- Create work instructions for each operation
- Standardize work instructions across part families
- Identify equipment capability per operation
- Create Bill of Materials
- Create part number and repair code park
