Position overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage a high-performing customer service team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer support. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing escalations,



developing team members, and ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
