Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end general HR processes from design to governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize workflows, standards, and reporting across the enterprise.
You will be part of the HR Shared Services/Policy & Process Excellence team in LATAM, with a remote work setup and opportunities to influence compensation planning, performance, and benefits enrollment across regions.
