Nexaminds is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, driving execution across engineering and business teams, monitoring project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The idóneo candidate has experience managing software development or technology projects in healthcare environments, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders,



and delivering projects in Agile environments while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Location: Mexico (Remote)

Qualifications we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience managing software development, IT, or digital transformation projects.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management practices.

• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.

• Ability to facilitate project planning, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and executive communications.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
