About the Role
The Ecommerce Operational Analyst is responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of HARMAN's direct-to-consumer ecommerce platforms across the North Latin America region. This role owns the operational health of the websites, ensuring that customers experience a reliable and frictionless purchase journey from product availability through order fulfillment and post-purchase support. The analyst works closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to optimize site performance, manage operational processes,



support platform enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do
· Manage the day-to-day operations of HARMAN’s ecommerce websites, ensuring optimal site functionality, stability, and customer experience.
· Monitor the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order processing, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, returns, and issue resolution.
· Own demand forecasting and product availability planning, partnering with merchandising and supply chain teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and maximize sales opportunities.
· Coordinate and support website enhancements, platform updates, testing, and implementation of new features in collaboration with integral ecommerce and IT teams.
· Conduct regular site audits and performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
