Atomic HR is helping outdoor hospitality operators by delivering a versátil SaaS platform for bookings, reservations, payments, and guest messaging. We’re seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will own the customer experience from kickoff to launch, learning the product and mapping it to real-world park workflows.
You’ll guide onboarding end-to-end, deliver tailored demos, build plans and checklists, and relay customer insights to product and engineering.
