Atomic Hr is supporting outdoor hospitality operators with an all-in-one booking and park-management platform. This role keeps customers successful after onboarding by serving as the main contact for a portfolio of parks and helping them use the product more effectively.
You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot bookings and payments, run training sessions, and document workflows. Fluency in English and a patient, proactive mindset are key to success.
