OVERVIEW:

The incumbent willbe responsible forassistingwith all aspects ofSharkNinja’sorder management process, providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders, working with 3PLs and transport carriers, as well as performing general administrative tasks. The OperationsCoordinator will focus primarily on theaccurateprocessing of customer orders forSharkNinja’smajor retailers in meeting and exceeding definedobjectivesin support of Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution.
