We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused CRM Intern to join our GBS Account Management team for Mexico and Central America.
This is an exciting opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, business operations, and account support within a global organization. You will work closely with the Customer Relationship Management team, supporting strategic initiatives, customer interactions,



reporting activities, and operational processes that contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.
What will you do?
- Support the CRM Account Management team in preparing customer account reviews and business proposals.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with CRM and Finance teams in the planning and adjustment of yearly BVIs and related activities.
- Support end-to-end agreement and documentation processes before service commencement.
- Coordinate meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and business activities.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
