As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will play an integral role in managing and guiding our clients through their recovery journey. With a strong emphasis on medical documentation, insurance filing, and patient care coordination, your expertise will be critical in ensuring that clients receive the best possible care and outcomes. You'll be the key liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, ensuring that all documentation is meticulously managed and claims are efficiently filed. Time Doctor will be used to track work hours and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Client's Lifeline
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on case progress, answering questions, and offering empathetic support throughout their recovery.




- Actively listen to clients' concerns and provide reassurance and guidance.

Manage the Details
- Collect detailed information about incidents, injuries, and medical histories, ensuring relevant facts are accurately documented for legal review.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to collect and organize medical records, treatment plans, and bills.

Be the Insurance Pro
- Facilitate communication with insurance adjusters to ensure claims are filed, deadlines are met, and documents are submitted to avoid delays.
- Work closely with the legal team to track insurance claims and ensure documentation compliance.

Keep Things Organized
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, including incident reports, photos, medical documents, and correspondence.
- Develop clear, comprehensive reports summarizing case progress, medical treatment, and relevant claims data.
