As an IT Communication & Change Management Specialist, you will help drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of IT services, digital solutions, and transformation initiatives across the Americas region. You will work closely with IT service owners, project managers, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure that communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Throughout your day, you will develop communication strategies, create compelling content,



coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, and support change management initiatives that enable employees to successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working. You will also play a key role in monitoring communication effectiveness, gathering feedback, and continuously improving adoption outcomes across the region.
