- Drive new business acquisition through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle,



from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective customers' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity records within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.

Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
