EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to act as a Release Train Engineer, guiding multiple Agile teams through large-scale projects and ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
You will serve as RTE for 17–20 teams (250–300 people), facilitate PI Planning, manage risks, coach teams, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver value while fostering scalable Agile practices.
