We are looking for an SAP WM Consultant to join the SAP AMS team and provide support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements related to warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on SAP MM/WM L2 and L3 support tickets.
- Analyze and resolve functional incidents.
- Provide user support and operational assistance.
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation activities.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams.
- Support processes integrated with SAP MM and SD.
- Manage priorities and ensure compliance with agreed response and resolution times.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with SAP WM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Experience with functional error analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP configuration and Functional Specifications.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with integral teams.

Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM.
- Previous experience in SAP AMS/support environments.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
- Experience working with ticketing tools and/or ITIL processes.
