About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations between Workday and internal and external systems. This is a hands‑on role responsible for the full integration lifecycle — from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.

You will work closely with HR, IT, QA, functional teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure the Workday ecosystem remains stable, secure, and scalable.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, identity/security, and other enterprise systems.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical integration designs, data mappings, and XSLT transformation logic.




- Configure secure file transfers, integration scheduling, and credential/connection management.
- Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot failures, and lead root‑cause analysis and remediation, including high‑priority incidents.
- Support integration security through Integration System Users (ISUs), security groups, and relevant domain and business process policies.
- Partner with QA and functional teams on unit, regression, and end‑to‑end integration testing.
- Support deployments, change management, release documentation, rollback plans, and knowledge transfer.
- Recommend improvements to existing integrations to increase reliability, performance, and maintainability.
