Impellam Group seeks a senior QA Engineering Manager to lead 6-8 Quality Engineers in Mexico, guiding hiring, coaching, and career growth. You will own sprint plans and commitments for the QE roadmap, while shaping automation architecture and tooling with senior QEs, and staying hands-on to unblock the team.
You will partner with Core and Strategic Engineering managers to embed shift-left practices, advocate automation, and drive production test coverage.
