In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop, implement, and optimize thermoplastic injection molding and thermoset transfer molding processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Analyze process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support new product introductions by developing robust molding processes and validating production readiness.
- Utilize Design of Experiments (DOE) and data-driven methodologies to improve process capability and reduce variation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Generate and maintain documentation, work instructions, and engineering standards.
- Support equipment qualifications, process validations, and engineering change activities.




- Provide technical guidance and coaching to manufacturing personnel to strengthen process knowledge and operational performance.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading molding process development and optimization in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of thermoplastic injection molding and/or thermoset transfer molding processes.
- Experience applying structured problem-solving techniques, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data and use insights to drive process improvements.
- Experience utilizing engineering software and technical tools to support process development.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing
