Redial BPO is seeking an IT Help Desk Tier 1 (Junior) in Zona Rio, Tijuana (On site) to support internal users and assist with IT systems maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, OS installation, and 365 support, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic team.
The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS (or in progress) and at least 1 year of IT support experience; English is preferred, Spanish native.
