What You Will Do:
- Execute procurement processes, including RFP(Request for Proposal)preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management, to align with organizationalobjectives.
- Respond to client inquiriesregardingorder status, changes, or cancellations, ensuringhigh levelsof customer satisfaction andtimelycommunication.
- Manage sourcing activities toprocuregoods, materials, supplies, and services,
ensuring compliance with company policies and securing favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires aUniversityDegree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering,Logisticsor a related fieldwith a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experiencewith SAP procurement software or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in a supply chain or procurement environment,including: Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM
- Minimum 3 years ofexperience man
