As an Automation Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, developing scalable solutions, and improving operational efficiency across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Operations, Technology, and cross-functional teams to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and support system integrations that drive business performance.



Your work will directly contribute to productivity, process standardization, and the firm's continued innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Automation
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Create and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and system integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Workflow Optimization
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes to ensure reliability, efficiency, and performance.
- Continuously improve automated workflows and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through workflow optimization and automation best practices.

System Integration
- Support integrations between business application
