As a vital part of the Sales department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional sales support to customers and our US Sales Supervisor. The BikesOnline Sales Agent is a vital part of the Sales department, providing outstanding sales support to both customers and the Sales Supervisor. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Your exceptional sales and customer service skills will extend to converting pre-sales enquiries into a sale,



via product recommendations and targeted customer offers (B2C).
- Present, promote and sell suitable bikes to customers based on their needs and enquiries, upselling parts & accessories relevant to their chosen bike;
- Reach out to customer leads either by phone, live online chat, or follow up with a ticketed email, sharing special offers or product recommendations to increase conversion rate and customer lifetime value;
- Selling products using solid arguments (rationale / value proposition) to prospective customers;
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Contribute to market analysis, assisting with sales tracking and status reports;
- Maintaining accurate customer records;
- Answering customer questions about bike products and availability;
