OverviewJob Purpose
The Brand and Digital Marketing Manager drives brand growth in the Mexico market by localizing and executing the LATAM brand and digital marketing strategy. This role develops the annual and 5-year marketing plans for assigned brands in Mexico spanning eCommerce, advertising, digital media, promotions, events, and packaging along with the P&L;, budget, and business reviews that keep those plans on track to meet or exceed EBITDA and sales goals.
Additionally, it ensures brand strategy translates consistently into every customer program and consumer touchpoint, leading and aligning internal and external partners around quarterly, annual, and multi-year plans. It serves as a key driver of consistent brand positioning and a primary influencer of new digital and brand marketing initiatives in Mexico.
Work LocationThis role offers the flexibility of working hybrid from our Monterrey Launch Pad, and includes up to 40% domestic and international travel.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated brand, digital marketing,



and communication strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement in Mexico.
- Manage digital campaigns, content creation, social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, and eCommerce initiatives.
- Analyze market, consumer, and sales insights to optimize marketing performance and support business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and agency partnerships to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and support strategic growth initiative

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English language (reading, writing and conversation)
- 5+ years of progressive brand marketing and Digital/eCommerce in consumer-packaged goods.
