You work with the Office Manager on daily classification, project-level job costing, A/R follow-up, and weekly P&L; reporting. Tax work stays with the external accountant.
- Classify the previous day's QuickBooks Online transactions and detect inconsistencies
- Coordinate with the Office Manager to align the field-service system with QuickBooks and resolve discrepancies
- A/R follow-up: overdue balances and reminders
- Weekly report for the CEO: P&L;, cash position, and margin alerts
- Margin analysis per project to identify losses or low profitability
- Operational coordination with the external accountant

close the current books and clean up job costing

What We Look For
- Documented, rigorous job costing
- Valid US visa for 2 to 3 trips per year to California
- English C1 for meetings with leadership
- Reconciliation and accounting close at execution level
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Preferred: background in construction, services, or project-based businesses
- Preferred: familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, or Google Sheets dashboards
- Preferred: experience with US-based clients
