Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer licensed to practice law in Mexico.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated experience in commercial, corporate, and real estate legal matters within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proficiency in IT tools and artificial intelligence applications (MS Office, Teams,



Outlook, Copilot).
- Valid U.S. visa and passport for frequent travel to the United States.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise management and business stakeholders on commercial, corporate, and real estate legal matters.
- Provide legal support across business divisions in collaboration with internal legal teams and external counsel.
- Research, analyze, and interpret complex legal and regulatory issues affecting business operations.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements, corporate documents, and legal policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational risks.
- Assist in managing disputes, claims, investigations, and other sensitive legal matters.
