A growing U.S.-based Garage Door Service Company is looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and highly organized Virtual Customer Service & Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
• Speak with homeowners regarding garage door repairs, installations, maintenance, and service requests
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and identify service requirements
• Schedule appointments based on technician availability
• Confirm, update, and reschedule appointments as needed
• Follow up with leads and customers who have not yet scheduled service
• Respond to customer emails and text messages in a timely manner
• Accurately enter customer information into CRM and scheduling systems
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the day
• Keep customers informed of technician arrival times and schedule updates




• Handle basic customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
• Help reduce missed calls, cancellations, and missed appointments

Qualifications• Excellent spoken and written English
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and phone platforms
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
