Reporting to QA & EHS Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the quality and EHS management systems.




• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Follow up on incidents, quality deviations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor safety conditions within the plant.
• Support compliance with safety, hygiene, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality and EHS records and documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety & Hygiene, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in related positions.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Knowledge of STPS, COFEPRIS, ISO, FDA, and other applicable regulations.
• Experience with internal and external audits.
