Location: Querétaro, Mexico (Home-office)
Contract Type: Temporary position to cover a maternity leave for 1 year
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
English level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate Supply Chain-related IT initiatives and projects.
· Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
· Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Manage business requirements and support end-to-end process optimization.
· Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure successful project execution.
· Provide executive-level communication and status reporting.
· Manage risks, dependencies, and change management activities.
· Ensure alignment between Supply Chain business needs and IT solutions.

Required Qualifications





· Strong experience in Supply Chain business processes.
· Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).
· Experience with SAP PP (Production Planning).
· SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) is desirable.
· Experience leading cross-functional and integral teams.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Proven experience delivering business-critical projects and programs.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
