Key Responsibilities
• Provide global HR systems functional support.
• Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot and escalate system issues.
• Support end users and manage ticket queues.
• Support ATS and HR system integrations.
• Create technical and support documentation.
• Maintain global configuration standards.
• Assist with HR IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements
• Advanced English communication skills.
• 2+ years of HR systems support experience.
• 1+ year of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration.
• 1+ year of ATS or HR systems troubleshooting experience.
• Technical support background.




• Knowledge of Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting/Resourcing, and Performance & Rewards.
