Position Purpose

Manage and develop assigned customers and territories across Mexico and Latin America, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth. The role combines technical sales, account management, and business development within the die-cutting, converting, label, and flexographic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet assigned revenue and growth objectives.
• At least 7 years’ experience in die cutting, converting, flexographic printing, labels, packaging, or related industries.
• Manage and develop key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand applications, challenges, and upcoming projects.
• Recommend appropriate RotoMetrics and Maxcess products and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Provide first-level technical and commercial support and coordinate additional support with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Customer Service.




• Manage commercial opportunities from identification through quotation, negotiation, and order follow-up.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and customer activity in CRM/Salesforce.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new product requirements.
• Support customer trials, technical evaluations, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Candidate Qualifications
Core background and capabilities for the role

• Experience in industrial sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Good technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferr
