About the role
Our company is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing execution across our brands. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working across multiple ecommerce and marketing platforms, juggling multiple distinct brand voices, and keeping campaigns, listings, and reporting organized and on schedule. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager/Director and coordinate with designers, freelancers, and video editors to keep content and campaigns moving. This role works remotely with a team based primarily in the United States.

What you'll do
Platform management
• Manage Shopify storefronts across our brands, including product listings, collections, discount codes, basic storefront edits, and order and inventory visibility.
• Build and manage Klaviyo email and SMS flows, segmentation, and campaigns, and pull basic performance reporting.
• Support Google Ads campaigns, including campaign and ad group setup, budget monitoring, and basic performance reporting.




• Support Meta Ads campaigns, including ad set setup, audience management, and basic performance reporting.
• Maintain product feeds and listings across Shopify, Google Shopping, and Meta catalog.
• Content and creative
• Coordinate with designers and freelancers on creative assets for campaigns and listings.
• Write product copy and marketing copy across brands.
• Support social media content calendars and post across brand channels.
• Help make and edit short-form video, or work directly with video editors to get content produced.
• Help coordinate photo shoots and other brand events.

Reporting and coordination
• Pull and organize performance data (email open and click rates, ad spend, ROAS, sales by channel) into spreadsheets.
• Track campaign calendars and deadlines across our brands, and flag trends or issues to leadership.
