As part of our continued integral expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales Leader to accelerate the growth of our ABB Ability™ Powertrain portfolio across key industrial and mission-critical sectors.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who is passionate about technology, customer success, and helping organizations solve complex operational challenges through innovative SaaS solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strategic relationships with customers across a wide range of industrial markets. You will work closely with local sales teams, marketing, customer success,



and technical experts to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes through ABB's digital offerings.

The work model for this role is hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Motion Services Digital Business in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and outbound sales activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined opportunity management.
• Establish trusted relationships with business and technical leaders, including C-level executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and revenue growth.
• Identify market opportunities and execute account penetration strategies for targeted industries and
