The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for Develop and improve manufacturing processes for safety, quality and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Adjusts and optimizes process conditions and parameters for each manufacturing route operation.
• Generates documentation of manufacturing processes (drawings and tool sheet).
• Support and/or participate on Continuous Improvement Activities such as: Kaizen, Ideas Programs, cost out and/or demonstrate improvements in goals year over year in our processes or practices aligned to achieve or business goals and/objectives.
• Analyzes and interacts with suppliers of tools and devices, aiming at the correct use in the manufacturing process.
• Develop designs that meet product specifications, technical requirements and industrial policies

What We're Looking For
• 3 years of experience as CNC technician or programmer desirable.
• TSU Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical field.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP,



Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R;, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
• Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
