Job Description

We are looking for a Staff, Community Management





Focused on the operational management of digital and social media platforms, ensuring accurate execution, timely community engagement, and reliable data management across channels. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of social media accounts and digital platforms, including content publishing and scheduling, community monitoring, user response management, and escalation of relevant cases to internal teams.

Strong focus on data collection, including downloading and consolidating performance data from multiple platforms, validating information, and maintaining structured databases to support performance tracking and business decision-making helped by agencies.

Key Job Responsabilities

• Manage and monitor social media platforms and Samsung Members community on a daily basis, ensuring correct publishing, platform configuration, and operational execution.
