Role Description The Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Apodaca, NLE. This role oversees technical operations, providing guidance and support to teams engaged in testing, certification, and related technical activities.



The Technical Manager coordinates research and development initiatives, ensures projects are executed on time and to quality standards, and maintains adherence to relevant codes, regulations, and internal procedures. Daily responsibilities include managing technical staff, reviewing and interpreting technical data, resolving complex technical support issues, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The Technical Manager also contributes to process improvement, supports customer-facing technical inquiries, and helps align technical work with IAPMO’s safety and quality objectives.
