Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager role based in Reynosa, TAM. The EHS Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health,



and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe working environment in a manufacturing setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, leading safety audits and inspections, managing incident and accident investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role designs and delivers EHS training, promotes safety culture initiatives, and collaborates with operations, HR, and leadership teams to integrate EHS standards into processes and facility projects. The EHS Manager monitors relevant metrics, prepares reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, and supports general EHS alignment with HCP’s corporate policies and objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and best practices, including Health & Safety and Occupational Health.
