ACCOUNT MANAGER - US MARKET | FIBER OPTICS NETWORKS CABLE SOLUTIONS

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, México.
Base salary: $28,000 MXN net monthly.
OTE: $46,600 MXN monthly.
Commission: Uncapped, with accelerators above target.
Travel: 30 - 40%, primarily to the United States.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join our commercial team and help grow our fiber optic solutions business in the United States.
This role combines account management, business development, and new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, developing new business, and building long-term relationships with customers across the U.S. market.
This is a highly autonomous, customer-facing position with approximately 30–40% travel, primarily to the United States.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow a portfolio of U.S. customers.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Identify customer needs, projects, and opportunities within the telecommunications and fiber optic industry.




• Own the sales process from prospecting and qualification through quoting, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
• Grow recurring business and identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and business development activities in the United States.
• Work closely with operations, production, and logistics to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue and activity targets.
• Travel approximately 30–40%, primarily within the United States.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, generate opportunities, and close business.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and present
