Your Role
As a Digital / Mobile QA Analyst at Capgemini, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of customer-facing digital solutions across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will play a key role in validating complex transaction flows, payment integrations, loyalty programs, and backend systems that support seamless customer experiences in retail and restaurant environments.
This role requires strong expertise in mobile application testing, integration validation, defect management, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts,



and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases and ensure applications meet both business and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities & Scope
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing across iOS and Android platforms.
• Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty and rewards platforms, and back-office applications.
• Conduct end-to-end transaction testing covering:
• Cash payments
• Credit and debit card transactions
• Mobile wallet payments
• Discounts and promotions
• Returns and refunds
• Void transactions
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution and retesting.
• Verify application behavior and system integrations across QA, staging, and UAT environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues using mobile logs and diagnostic tools.
