We are looking for a R&I; User Experience Senior Manager who will help shape the future of our categories by translating consumer needs, behaviors and motivations into superior products and packaging solutions. This role plays a critical part in our innovation journey, ensuring that the voice of consumers is embedded throughout the product development process.Reporting directly to the VP of Research & Innovation, you will lead the User Experience agenda for Mexico, driving sensory science, consumer understanding, product superiority and innovation programs across our portfolio while partnering closely with Marketing, Consumer Insights, Category Teams and Global stakeholders.If you are passionate about understanding consumers, turning insights into action, and influencing the future of iconic brands, we'd love to meet you.Your missionAs R&I; User Experience Senior Manager, you will





• Lead the local UX strategy and roadmap to support innovation, renovation and business growth ambitions.
• Translate consumer tensions, motivations and behaviors into actionable recommendations for product and packaging development.
• Drive sensory and consumer research programs that help deliver superior product experiences.
• Lead Product Superiority initiatives and contribute to the development of the 3-year innovation pipeline.
• Partner with local and integral teams to ensure consumer-centric decision making throughout the innovation process.
• Build strong relationships with Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&I; and external partners to accelerate business impact.
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging consumer needs and competitive movements to identify new innovation opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing User Experience team while fostering a culture of collaboration
