Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Digital Transformation Leader and Functional Expert in Procurement platforms (P2P, Sourcing, Contract Management, etc.). Responsible for driving digitalization, operational efficiency,



and an enhanced user experience for the Procurement team through technology. The role serves as a bridge between business processes and digital solutions.

Your Impact

Platform Management: Act as the functional owner of all digital tools used by Procurement (e.g., SAP Ariba, Beroe, e-sourcing tools, SpendHQ, etc.). Ensure their proper functionality, integration, and adoption.

Digital Process Optimization: Work closely with the Governance team to map processes and translate them into efficient workflows within the tools. Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Buyer Support and Training: Serve as the point of contact for resolving functional issues related to the platforms. Create training materials and train new users and the team on advanced functionalities.

Digital Project Management: Lead the implementation of new tools, modules, and upgrades. This includes requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and fina
