The Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to lead discovery, current-state documentation, and target process design for a carrier-grade telecom OSS/BSS migration. You'll work between business stakeholders, technical leads, and solution architects to define scope and process architecture.

What You'll Do
• Document current-state business and system integration landscapes; map end-to-end legacy-to-target flows for provisioning, activation, and billing
• Produce interface catalogues, data dictionaries, business process maps, and traceability matrices
• Run requirements workshops with business and technical teams and resolve conflicting priorities




• Apply TM Forum eTOM to map processes across domains and define system boundaries

What You Bring
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst in large telecom carriers, MVNOs, or complex IT transformation programs
• Hands-on OSS/BSS experience (billing, provisioning, order management, CRM)
• Strong knowledge of TM Forum eTOM and carrier-grade operational governance
• Experience working with operator teams in Latin America or North America
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
