The Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Experienced orSenior) to join our dynamic HR organization in San Antonio, TX supporting Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B;).





This role is adecuado for an HR professional with a strong business-facing background, particularly in Manufacturing and Quality, Engineering, Program Management, and other functions. The successful candidate will serve as an HR contact for the VC25B Program supporting employees deployed to an Integrated Product Team (IPT) and production teams. Work responsibilities will be closely aligned with the cross-functional deployed teams, supporting both their HR needs and business objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible, on-the-floor HR presence to facilitate real-time engagement and solutions within cross-functional teams
Serve as the HR contact for VC25B employees deployed to IPT and Production teams, ensuring alignment with the needs and goals of these teams
Provide day-to-day HR support specific to a program/site, including attending staff meetings, employee assistance, HR process execution
