Eightx is looking for a Founder Content Strategist / Operator to help turn our founder’s ideas, calls, frameworks and opinions into a high-volume organic content engine.

This is not a social media manager role.

You will be responsible for finding great ideas, shaping them into content, helping produce them, and making sure they actually get published.

What you’ll do

• Mine sales calls, client calls, podcasts, meetings and existing videos for strong ideas

• Identify hooks, stories, objections, frameworks and customer language worth turning into content

• Write short-form video scripts in the founder’s voice

• Create simple visuals, diagrams and frameworks that can be drawn or explained on camera

• Edit short-form videos

• Pull clips from longer videos and conversations

• Turn videos into LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, carousels and written content

• Write blog posts and longer-form content

• Maintain the content calendar and publishing cadence

• Make sure Instagram content goes out consistently

• Publish and manage LinkedIn content





• Review what is working and use those learnings to shape future content

• Maintain a backlog of strong ideas and ready-to-record scripts

• Give feedback on hooks, pacing, delivery, structure and video quality

• Coordinate contractors where more advanced editing or design is needed

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong editorial judgment

• Great instincts for hooks and storytelling

• Experience with short-form video

• Video editing ability

• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn

• The ability to write naturally in someone else’s voice

• Good visual instincts

• Strong organizational skills

• The ability to take rough ideas and turn them into finished content

• An interest in business, entrepreneurship, marketing and finance
