Job Overview

The Talent Management Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management for Vector.



This role is responsible for coordinating Talent Management processes, maintaining accurate data across multiple systems, supporting specialists and leaders with day-to-day requests, and ensuring talent programs are delivered efficiently and accurately. This role provides broad exposure across Talent Management and Human Capital while building the operational excellence, business knowledge, and foundational capabilities required for progression into Talent Management and HC Business Partner roles.

This position is idóneo for someone with foundational Huan Capital or Human Resources experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in Talent Management. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and customer-focused, while demonstrating curiosity, a strong learning mindset, and a desire to take on increasing ownership over time.
