Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijuana, BCN. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for manufacturing and administrative staff. The Human Resources Manager will implement HR policies, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws,



and support workplace health and safety initiatives. Daily tasks include advising managers on HR matters, resolving employee concerns, coordinating training and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies aligned with NAPS’ service-focused mission.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to support growing manufacturing and administrative teams.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a fair and respectful workplace.
• Proficiency in HR administration, documentation, and HRIS usage, including maintenance of personnel records and compliance reporting.
