As a Staffing and Deployment Senior Manager you will lead talent deployment efforts within our talent and development practice, shaping how the right people are placed in the right roles at the right time. As a Senior Manager you will advise on staffing strategy, guide teams through complex requests, use sound judgment when priorities shift, and coach others through open, direct conversations that support team performance and operational excellence.

• Managing staffing and deployment activities across multiple talent needs to align the right people to the right work at the right time
• Developing deployment strategies that respond to shifting demand, project timelines, and workforce capacity
• Analyzing workforce data, staffing models, and resource availability to inform allocation decisions and identify gaps
• Coordinating resource planning across business units to balance priorities, timelines, and utilization goals
• Advising leaders on staffing risks, capacity constraints, and redeployment options using clear, data-driven insights
