As a Workday Finance - Senior Associate you will support client needs across Workday finance consulting, helping analyze requirements, shape software solutions, and provide training and support that improve how business applications are used within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client relationships while developing your technical skills, personal brand, and understanding of the broader business context. Responsibilities

• Analyzing Workday Finance business requirements and translating them into functional design inputs for client implementations
• Supporting configuration, testing, and deployment activities across Workday Finance workstreams
• Interpreting finance process flows and identifying opportunities to improve system usability and operational efficiency
• Developing client deliverables, process documentation, and training materials for end users
• Collaborating across project teams to track issues, manage dependencies, and move implementation tasks forward
