• Provide technical expertise and support to the customers and sales team during the implementation of packaging solutions.
• Business Acquisition Management - Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure proper production and quality control processes with manufacturing teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Customer & cross-functional collaborations - Collaborate with teams such as sales, production, procurement, and R&D; to meet project objectives.
• Identify the best strategies to develop the marketplace for KTPconTeyor products (Textile- Plastics- Steel returnable packaging solutions).
• Work closely with customers to understand their packaging requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support in selecting auditable packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, quality control and sales teams.




• Address technical challenges, incorporate feedback and optimize designs.
• Service as a technical resource for customers, sales teams and production staff.
• Assist with troubleshooting product or packaging issues.
• Feasibility studies - Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed packaging solutions.
• Analyse material costs, manufacturing capabilities, transportation considerations, and environmental impacts.
• Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and explore innovative packaging techniques.
• Documentation and Communication - Develop technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.This position is based in our office in Zapopan, Mexico and we request flexibility to travel for customer visits if needed.Education- You have a bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mech
