Description and Requirements

This role supports the North America Marketing team in planning, maintenance, and tracking of the Marketing Budget. Ensures that all resources are aligned to the current ISO Business and Marketing Plan.

As part of this role, is expected to support:
• Regular spend tracking with ISO Marketing segments and leads.

• Ensure full utilization of gross funds, avoiding under- or over-utilization.

• Regular alignment meetings with NA Alliances to ensure budget allocations, plans, and activities are on track and follow Alliance Partner guidelines.

• Support, if needed, operational activities including but not limited to on-time vendor payments and procurement processes.

• Be involved in day-to-day marketing activities to understand how teams operate and provide advice and recommendations when needed.
